14th March 2012 – London – Operatix, the fast growing technology sales transformation company, is very pleased to announce that Rupert Cook has recently joined the Operatix board as a Non-Executive Director. Rupert has great experience in the world of corporate finance for technology companies and has been involved in multiple fund-raisings, acquisitions and sales of IT businesses as well as having co-founded and built up his own IT Services business through to sale to a UK plc.
Rupert’s current appointments include Chairman of 360Amigo, Non-Executive Director of MiniMonos, Senior Advisor at goetzpartners Corporate Finance and advisor to several other growth-stage IT businesses. Previously he was Corporate Development Director at Prevx (acquired by Webroot in 2010), Head of Advisory Services at Interregnum plc (now Parkmead Group plc), Senior Manager at Capgemini plc and Director at ACN (acquired by Delphi Group plc in 1997).
Rupert will focus on working with the Operatix executive team to maximise the performance of operations and ensure the aggressive growth plans that are in place for the company are achieved.
